I knew exactly what I wanted and told Sean I wasn't willing to compromise because I'd been waiting for a few years. He understood and set about leveraging their network. I was set on the carbon buckets for this car and their was an issue in availability for them, but using their connections they made everything happen.Originally the car wasn't supposed to build until 4/20 but when I checked on that date it was already finishing production.Keys in hand last Saturday 5/16 and couldn't be happier.Saved me money, saved me dealer hassle, and communication was top notch. I spoke with Jay who was super nice and informative. He kindly answered all of my questions and he scheduled to meet with me on a Sunday "his day off" because it's the only day I'm not working. The car was in mint condition, just as described and to my liking. We did the paperwork, they promised to get me a second key which they did as promised. I’m not expert at all when it comes to selling cars so like anybody else, I hit up the usual CarMax, Carvana, etc…..luckily I saw an ad for Clutch and submitted a quote as well. Instead of an automated message, I actually got a person (Clay) responding via text! I found out they were a local operation and they guarantee to beat CarMax’s quote and within 6 texts, I got a quote for my Toyota Highlander that was higher than CarMax! Everything that followed was just as responsive and efficient as Clay worked after hours to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.
