My car doesn't qualify as luxury, are you still interested?

Absolutely! We buy a wide range of vehicles, including those that may be considered “average.” Whether it’s a standard model or something more unique, we’re interested in making an offer.

How long does it take to get paid?

We pride ourselves on being the fastest in the business. Your payment process starts as soon as you e-sign a simple agreement for the sale of your vehicle. We’ll then FedEx overnight a couple of DMV forms for you to sign, and your check will be enclosed in the envelope. The check will be activated automatically when your return tracking number is scanned back into FedEx.

What ways can I get paid for my vehicle?

You will be paid via a company check.

What if I have a payoff on the vehicle that I would like to sell?

Most of the vehicles we purchase have existing loans. We handle the payoff directly with the lienholder, and any equity in the vehicle will be paid to you via a company check sent overnight through FedEx.

What if my car is under a lease contract?

We can buy out most leased vehicles without any issue. We will manage the lease payoff directly with the lender, and any equity in the vehicle will be sent to you via a company check overnighted through FedEx. If there is negative equity, you can cover this via a digital payment link sent to your email.

How does vehicle drop-off or transport work?

You can drop off the vehicle at our Agoura Hills, CA location, but most customers prefer our complimentary pick-up service. We’ll arrange to pick up the vehicle directly from your home or office.

Will you buy my vehicle if it has dents or needs bodywork?

Yes, we buy most vehicles that run and drive, excluding salvage cars. As long as your vehicle doesn’t require major repairs, we will make you an offer.
